About Prosper
Our vision for change in the physical therapy health care realm began in 2017 when Dr. Worley wanted to raise the bar for helping people with their musculoskeletal needs. At that point, she was treating 12-20 patients/day and often seeing more than one patient at a time. Her goal was to foster a more individualized approach to patient care that allowed for one-on-one interaction, which generated better results for her patients. Our hands-on approach to PT accompanies our holistic model. Our clinic was built on prioritizing privacy and comfort for our patients during every appointment. As our sign reads in the waiting room, our clinic prides itself in “The Results You Need and the Care You Deserve.”

Maintenance physical therapy
We offer monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual therapy without having to go through the evaluation process each time.
Do you take insurance?
We accept all FSA/HSA cards and provide all non-Medicare insurances with a Superbill (itemized receipt containing the medical coding required for reimbursement) for submission to your insurance carrier. We are an out of network provider. Reimbursement depends on your out of network PT benefits (you can call the phone number on your insurance card and inquire about your out of network PT benefits prior to your appointment as every person’s deductible and plan is different). Once you submit the provided superbills to your insurance provider, they would reimburse you directly or apply the cost to your deductible. Many of our patients can receive anywhere from 40-75% back in care costs depending on their insurance plan.
Do you take Medicare?
Prosper Physical Therapy is not a participating provider with Medicare. We do see patients who have Medicare for wellness visits and non-covered services such as dry needling.
How many visits will I need?
The number of visits vary for each person depending on their individual goals. On average most patients are seen from 4-8 visits. However, your physical therapist will examine you and discuss your treatment plan during your first appointment based on your goals and needs.
Is dry needling an extra charge?
No, we do not charge per needle or per body part needled. Dry needling is included in our flat rate fee per session. For pricing inquiries, call or text us at (804) 240-2882.
